It doesn't rain often in Southern California, but when it does it rains hard. As So Cal prepares for a severe rainstorm, it's important to make sure your house is "weather-ready" for all of the heavy rain and possible flooding coming the rest of this week. Keep in mind, you must live in the community or city where you are requesting sandbags and proof of residency is required.
