Nyla is a wonderful, older girl who recently lost her family. She is a very special cat and beloved by many staff members and volunteers. Life has been a bit unfair lately. The passing of her human family, a heavy duty dental, a very late in life spay and some eye health issues which will need ongoing care for the rest of her life. It isn't complicated care but it will require someone committed to her well-being. She is still bouncing back after her 2 surgeries and is a bit quieter than before surgery. That's normal though. She'll be back to her normal self soon enough. She certainly deserves a new, quiet home where she will be looked after and coddled and cherished. She is a very gentle soul who loves people company and has done well with other cats here. She actively seeks out the company of calm people. She might prefer an adult home or a home without small children as she is so small and gentle. Nyla is a real treasure. Maybe you have small little corner of your life where Nyla will fit just perfectly. She just might become the biggest part of your life if you let her. She deserves to be treasured.
