Selena Gomez has a very interesting idea for the dessert menu at her and Benny Blanco's wedding.
The star zoomed in on her ideal wedding dessert in a video shared to Rare Beauty's TikTok account on Saturday (July 26), assuring a conventional cake will not be consumed when they tie the knot.
"Whenever that day comes, I know I don't want a big cake. I think I'd want a mini one for just us that we can freeze. My preferred dessert would be biscuits and gravy. My nana’s biscuits and gravy, that sounds like dessert to me."
This is the first comment the "Single Soon" sensation has made about her and Blanco's wedding spread. Both Gomez and the producer are keeping information about their nuptials very close to their chests and have yet to confirm any major details surrounding their big day.
In March, a source told OK! Magazine that Gomez wanted to wed Blanco in their backyard so she can "tell their kids about their fabulous backyard wedding with their friends and family" in the future. The Wizards of Waverly Place alum never confirmed this information. Earlier this month, another insider told Daily Mail that the couple planned to get married in Montecito, California, in September. Neither Benny nor Selena publicly commented on the supposed location and date.
The one thing we do know about the wedding, direct from Gomez, is that she wants her Only Murders in the Building co-star, Martin Short, to give a speech.
