Be careful where you walk around, or you might end up with a "brutal infection" like Miley Cyrus.

During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Thursday (May 22), the "Flowers" singer revealed that she "caught something" while filming the a video for her song "Walk of Fame," from her upcoming album Something Beautiful, on the actual Hollywood Walk of Fame in October that ultimately led to her being hospitalized a month later, per People.

Cyrus admitted that her team didn't have the budget to reserve space on the iconic stretch, so they came up with a workaround to film the video at night while no one else was around. However, after "rolling around" on the much-traveled ground, she ended up with an infection that sent to her the hospital on Thanksgiving.

"My leg began to disintegrate ... around the kneecap area. And then the doctor goes, 'Do you have any idea why you would have such a brutal infection on your kneecap?' And I just saw myself [filming the video] and I had to tell him," she said. "To have a surgeon look at you and say, 'Yuck...' They open up cadavers. They see inside the guts of humans, and they're looking at me, telling me I'm disgusting."

Cyrus also recently revealed how she once experienced a "traumatic" medical emergency while hosting a New Year's Eve celebration that left her in "extremely excruciating" pain.

Something Beautiful drops May 30.
