Ed Sheeran Donates Over $200K to the School Where He Met His Wife Ed Sheeran is giving back to the school that helped him find the love of his life. Ed and his wife Cherry met at Thomas Mills High School in Framlingham, Suffolk. Cherry graduated and went to Duke University to study molecular biology. Ed donated to their former high school combining both of their loves for music, art and science. He donated the equivalent of $260,909.80 in US currency to their former high school to buy equipment for music, art and science departments.
